Speaking of Early Mornings…

As some of you already know, we have done karate-do demonstrations at the Powell Street Festival for many years.  This year we were offered an additional opportunity to do a demonstration, this time at VanDusen Gardens, during the Cherry Blossom -Sakura - Festival. Anti-Bullying Practice 

A week ago, we had a special kids-adult class to raise awareness about the impact of bullying.  Recently, members of  our club and those of other local martial arts clubs worked together to raise funds to support Pink T-shirt Day 2016, which occurred in Canada on February 22.
